I like to transform my bulletin boards - instead of completely wiping them out - for the sake of time and saving materials. Plus some things just make sense, for the next idea going up to view.
Here is a 'new' Spring board, which will lead us to 'Mothers Day'. The collages are there for Moms to coo over, when they come for our special Mothers Day celebration. I find parents need things to open up conversations with one another.
So from Easter to this new board:

Summer Bulletin Board!
Yup - here I go again pushing the seasons!
Well the real reason I do this is to open discussion about the seasons - which comes next - the differences in the seasons. Toddlers are visual and when I provide bright and fun bulletin boards the tots pay attention. They ask questions and they make suggestions of what they want to see.

Bulletin Boards
I am getting anxious for Spring to come !
I always push it with my bulletin boards.
The beginning of Spring!
I will be adding to this board as we get closer to Easter.
Think Easter baskets! Stay tuned! :)
This March board is almost identical to last years - I recycle sometimes.
Especially if the Tots like it! They love to search for their photo and the photo of their pals!
Update:
OK couldn't wait! :)

Snowy Bulletin Board
I decided to make the tots into snowmen for this bulletin board.
I tried to keep it light and bright. The photo really doesn't do it justice.
The boarder is actually very silver in colour.

Our Christmas Gift & Christmas Bulletin Board
I try to make sure that the parents of the children in my class get a vision of what their child has experienced in my classroom during the school year. So each Christmas and Mothers Day the families get a CD which I create from the photos we take on a daily basis. One of the reasons for this is that children cannot always communicate with their parents what has transpired throughout their day and sadly there are still parents who think we just change diapers and colour! I still get comments like, "Joey was counting to 20 the other day, I don't know where he learned that!" What the heck?!?! LOL Well once they get their CD's those comments go away! So here is what we did this year for our 'Gift'.
Here is the CD in hand stamped CD covers
The ornaments on the tree have pictures of the children on them and LOTS of glitter!
They will go home with the CD for the parents to hang on the tree.
This is for the children - Chocolates and a Christmas pencil with eraser for the kiddies to enjoy!

Paper mache spider
Ok here is this years door decoration! A paper mache spider!
Ripping up the construction paper.
Sticking it on the plastic bowl.
More diluted white glue.
Dried body! (Overnight)
Prying it off the bowl by running a paintbrush handle under the paper.
It came off easy!
Adding legs!
Making balls of paper for the eyes to go on!
Glued down eyes!
Attached to our door!
Cute spider eh!
Not so scary door! LOL

Back to school bulletin board
Here is one of my back to school bulletin boards - I include the children's pictures in most of my bulletin boards - these are our returning children and I will add the new children when we get back to school.
I used wrapping paper for the background cover - $1 at the dollar store and there is enough to do two boards! I cut my letters out of extra pieces of boarder trim - I trace them using letters from an old puzzle.
(Sorry about the glare - it was difficult to get the picture right! Click photo to enlarge)

It says - "Time to Laugh and Learn"

Clifford comes to visit
One of the best things that has happened to me in the past couple of years is, making connections with other preschool bloggers and facebook friends who happen to be Preschool teachers! I do however get jealous of the awesome bargains and cool school resources made available to teachers in the USA. One of those was the Kohls Cares for Kid Books and Plush Clifford toys. When I expressed my desire to have a Clifford toy my facebook friend Lori (fellow preschool teacher) offered to go shopping for me, and sent me a Clifford right away!
Here is our 'visit with Clifford'!
THANK YOU LORI CHRISTOFFERSEN! :)
Here is our 'visit with Clifford'!
Some of us needed to warm up to him a bit first! :)
Of course we had to read some of Cliffords books.
These two are our favorites!
Then we wanted to make something to remember Cliffords visit!
Here is our finished product! :)
Preschool friends rock!

All the kiddies are peeking out of the sandcastle windows! :)
Well here's the next summer bulletin board!
I'll probably change something - not sure what?
